Shipping Policy — Operation Patchworks

UK Orders We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery typically arrives within 1–3 working days of dispatch via Royal Mail. Express shipping is dispatched same day with next day delivery.

International Orders We ship to over 28 countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination — typically 5–14 working days. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you have any questions about your order, please get in touch via our contact page.
